1 General Terms & Introduction

Beetway (beetway.app) is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between Beetway and its users. By using the platform, you agree to all the terms set out below.

3 Age Verification & Legal Requirements

Beetway is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from creating an account, using the platform, or placing bets. This may constitute a legal offence and can carry serious consequences.

By registering, you confirm that you are aged 18 or older and are legally permitted to bet under local law. Beetway may request official identification (passport, national ID, etc.) for age verification at any time.

• Accounts and all transactions belonging to users under 18 will be cancelled.
• Failure to verify your age will result in permanent account closure.
• Submitting a fake proof of age is a legal offence, and Beetway may take action accordingly.
• Betting by a minor is prohibited even with parental supervision or consent.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on Beetway are available via mobile banking and bank transfer. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. Every transaction is recorded and verified.

Deposits are credited to your account instantly. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. No hidden charges or commissions are applied.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100; Maximum: BDT 100,000 per day.

To receive a bonus, you must first verify your account and accept the applicable terms. Once the bonus is credited, a specified number of bets (rollover) must be completed before you can withdraw the bonus.

• Welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only.
• Every bonus has a specific validity period within which all conditions must be met.
• Any bonus obtained through fraud or rule violations will be cancelled.
• Promotional terms and conditions may change from time to time.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.

6 Betting Rules & Limits

All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please double-check all details before confirming a bet, as no claims will be accepted afterwards.

• You may combine multiple selections into a single bet (parlay/express).
• Live event betting is based on real-time conditions.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the relevant bets will be refunded.
• Bet results are typically announced within 24–48 hours.

७ Prohibited Activities & Violations

The following actions are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may lead to legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false identity or incorrect information.
• Involvement in match fixing or fraud.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software programs.
• Encouraging or arranging for others to bet on your behalf using your funds.
• Placing a bet based on knowledge of a result before it has been officially announced.
• Transferring funds out of an account through unauthorized or illegal means.
• Attempting to corrupt or bribe Beetway staff.
• Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

८ Account Closure and Suspension

Beetway reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without cause. This may include suspicious activity, rule violations, or any other reason deemed appropriate.

Any remaining balance will be returned if an account is closed, though processing may take some time. Closed accounts will not be reopened under any circumstances.

• To close your account yourself, please contact support.
• Information and transaction records of closed accounts will be retained for 7 years.
• No activity is permitted from a suspended account.
• To submit an appeal, please contact support in writing.

Beetway bears no responsibility for your betting decisions. Betting is entirely your own choice, and any profits or losses that result are solely your responsibility.

Beetway accepts no liability for any loss or deprivation of benefit arising from use of the platform. This includes data loss, system disruptions, unavailability, or any other technical issues.

• Beetway does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform.
• Beetway is not responsible for third-party services or links.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, war, pandemic), Beetway may suspend its services.
